Understanding Generational Differences in Education Presentations

	This Special Initiative Award project offered workshops on understanding generational diversity. There are four distinct generations in America today: Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X and Generation Y. By recognizing how the generations differ, faculty, staff and students can better communicate with each other and work together more productively. Four workshops were offered to faculty and staff, two of them as part of faculty/staff Fall Orientation, and five were offered to students.
