UCR Student Life Cycle Facilitation Project

	This Special Initiative Award project was a team effort. Two facilitators from WSU's Winona campus facilitated efforts by representatives from the Winona State University Center-Rochester, the Rochester Community and Technical College, and the University of Minnesota Rochester to identify barriers to providing students integrated services among the three institutions. The ultimate goal of the project is to make transfers and transitions between the institutions easier for students. In fall 2006, the team identified an immediate need to improve communication among the institutions, and made short-term and long-term recommendations for future work. Plans for the next steps were laid and a new Special Initiative Award was recently made to continue work on the project in 2007.
