Biography

Blandine has lived in Winona for 10 years and was hired in 2007 as the conference assistant; her office is in Tau 137.  She frequently volunteers at her children’s schools and with the Friends of the Winona Public Library.She also enjoys reading, gardening, knitting, kayaking and clogging, with various degrees of success.
