Winona State University offers a variety of meeting facilities that are sure to fit the needs of every group. From small to large events requiring formal surroundings, casual gathering space or classroom settings, we will work to provide exactly what you need.

Audio-visual and other specialty equipment is available. Just let us know what you need and we will work with you to coordinate your event.

Weddings & Special Events

Winona State University offers two unique venues: the Rotunda at the Tau Conference Center and Lourdes Dining Hall, which can sit up to 600 people.

The Rotunda’s unique floor-to -ceiling windows and circular structure create an intimate setting for small receptions (sits up to 150 for meals).  

Lourdes Dining Hall is Winona’s largest venue for a catered reception and offers large groups a beautiful backdrop for an elegant event.

Special Event Catering

Special occasions call for special attention, and that’s exactly what WSU’s professional catering services provide. Chartwells Dining Services offer a full range of meeting and catering needs, from cafeteria-style meals to elegantly catered banquets and receptions.
