The health care industry is plagued by a critical shortage of experienced health care employees at every level. Today, many health care employers are successfully addressing these concerns by providing training and education to current and potential employees. Last year, the state of Minnesota educated 78 percent of the state’s new nursing graduates and 64 percent of all Minnesota’s health care workers.

 

You have a broad combination of health care roles that need to be filled. That’s why we have such an extensive selection of health care educational offerings. Learning new, in-demand skills—or addressing specific skills gaps—is a sure path to solving worker shortages.
