Cheetah Learning Policy
Unless otherwise stated in a course’s registration information or confirmation materials, the following cancellation policy is in effect for non-credit classes offered through Outreach & Continuing Education.
If we receive your cancellation at least 5 full business days before the first class date, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations received within 5 full business days of the first class date. Should a class be canceled due to insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund. Please include two phone numbers and an email address so that we may notify you of any changes in the status of your class.
Accessibility & Accommodations
Reasonable accommodations for a disability (e.g., wheelchair accessibility, interpreter, Braille or large print materials) can be made available upon advance request.
