WSU Parking Policies, Regulations, and Appeals Committee
A Parking Policies, Regulations, and Appeals Committee has been established to develop and make recommendations on all parking policies and regulations. They submit, to proper University units, development plans and review existing parking policies and regulations; and handle appeals.
If you feel you were unjustly cited, towed, or immobilized, you have the right to make an appeal with the University Parking Policies and Appeals Committee. This committee is appointed by the President and consists of representatives of Council 6 AFSCME, MSUAASF, Winona State Faculty Association, the Student Senate, and a representative of the excluded personnel. The committee will elect the chairperson. In addition, a representative from University Parking Services, who will not be a voting member, will be present for informational purposes only.
An appeal should be based on the fact that a citation was issued contrary to the "WSU Parking Regulations" or in error. Parking appeal forms are available at the WSU Student Union information desk (Kryzsko Commons) or from Parking Services. You may present your appeal by filing this form with Parking Services. If the violation is not voided, the fine must be paid within the guidelines of the original citation.
