WINONA STATE UNIVERSITY Parking Services welcomes you to campus. To comply with State regulations, as of fall 1991, WSU started charging parking fees for parking in any University parking lot. As at most universities, parking can sometimes seem difficult and frustrating. We welcome any suggestions that you can make to help us improve permit parking at WSU. Winona State Parking Policies and Regulations are under review for possible changes. The goal of WSU Parking Services is to expand and upgrade our current facilities to make parking as comfortable an experience as possible at WSU. How and where you park your vehicle on campus is very important to the safety and welfare of all persons at WSU. The speed limit in all University parking lots is 5 miles per hour . Please recognize your responsibility as a parking patron and drive safely, giving pedestrians the right of way at all times. Make sure you understand and comply with all University parking regulations. Winona State University assumes no responsibility for care of, damage to, and/or protection of any vehicle or its contents at any time while it is being driven or parked on the campus.
