Parking Permits
Anyone wishing to use the parking facilities at Winona State University must register their vehicle by purchasing a parking permit or by obtaining a visitor permit. Application and registration can be done at Parking Services or by printing out and sending the completed application to:

Due to construction of the new Wellness Center and new residence halls, some Main Campus lot types will change. Please check the Main Campus map for new lot designations before choosing a permit type. This map will be effective beginning summer 2009.

* East Lake Permits - Parking applications with instructions have been sent at the beginning of April to all students who will be living in the East Lake Apartments Fall Semester 2009. If you have any questions pertaining to parking at the East Lake Apartments email smounce@winona.edu.
Cycle Permits
Cycle permits (metal license plate tags) can be obtained through the same method as motor vehicle permits. Please contact Parking Services for cycle parking locations.
Disability
In compliance with M.S. 169.346, use of disability parking stalls is restricted ONLY to those vehicles with a WSU issued blue permit and bearing a state issued disability license plates or displaying a state issued disability certificate. Disabled students, faculty, and staff using these stalls must register their vehicles with Parking Services and obtain a WSU disability permit. Campus guests may park in the disability parking stalls if their vehicles bear state issued disability license plates or displays a state issued certificate. If there is not enough disability parking available, please notify Parking Services.
