Parking Permits

Winona State University offers permits for members of the campus community who choose to park on campus. Permits vary in price and location depending on the type of permit purchased. Those wishing to purchase a permit are encouraged to review the information contained within this section. Parking permit applications can also be accessed on this web site.

All outstanding citations and fees must be paid prior to processing a new permit application.
