Visitor Parking

Everyone visiting Winona State University must obtain a visitor parking pass. To obtain a visitor permit, contact Parking Services. Our primary daytime visitor parking lot is located in the Gold lot on Main Street (lot #1 on map). There may be times when visitors are placed in other lots. This decision will be made depending on availability of space and if overnight parking is needed. Please inform Parking Services if you need a visitor permit to park in the handicapped spaces.

The Admission's Office has parking spaces for "Admissions Only" in front of Somsen Hall on Sanborn Street (lot #60 on map). This parking will be available for anyone visiting who is interested in attending our University. For information pertaining to "Admissions Only" parking,contact the Admissions Office.

If you misplace your visitor pass or are unable to obtain a pass, limited street parking is available as well as several parking meters on campus. If you park in a campus lot and do not have a visitor permit or are not in the lot indicated on your permit, you will be ticketed.
