Neighborhood Watch Program

The Winona Police Department has organized certain areas of the community into Neighborhood Watch Groups. Students living off campus are encouraged to participate in this program. This is an excellent way to meet neighbors and increase personal safety. Anyone wishing to participate may contact the Winona Police Department (457-6368) or the Director of Security (457-5555).
