To provide students with current advertising information and skills that will better prepare them to earn jobs within the advertising industry, and to expose students to all jobs within advertising by bringing in speakers and touring various companies.
Goals for Ad-Fed
- Give knowledge to members about jobs within the advertising industry.
- Provide guest speakers and presentations that promote knowledge about the industry.
- Create opportunities for members to attend career days and tours.
- Provide opportunities for portfolio review and revision to allow members to be confident they have the best portfolio and resume they can when applying for jobs and going on interviews.
- Create a fun, comfortable environment where members want to participate.
- Give members a reason to come to meetings, they should feel their time was well spent.
