Create your MNSCU account with the online application and you can edit, save, and submit from any computer, anytime.
MNSCU will confirm your account via email. Record your username and password and keep it for future reference.
Complete and submit an application selecting Winona State University. If you are a high school senior during the 2009-2010 academic year, remember that you must use 06/2010 for graduation year on the form.

You will need to send an official high school transcript including rank and GPA/GPA scale. Have your high school counselor send your transcript to WSU Admissions.
Print out a Counselor Report to remind high school counselors to send your official transcript.
Send an official ACT/SAT score directly from ACT or SAT, either by choosing WSU as a school to receive your score automatically when you take the test, or by contacting the testing company directly to request an official score. ACT’s website is: www.actstudent.org.

After you submit an application, you will receive an email message which will include your WSU Warrior tech ID number. You should receive this message 24 hours after an application submitted Monday-Thursday, or by noon on Monday if submitted Friday-Sunday.
If you have waited the appropriate time after submitting an application and do not have an email reply from us, please call 507-457-5100, or 1-800-342-5978, Ext. 5100 for assistance.
WSU requires a $20 application fee which may be paid online with bank debit or credit card.
Check application status
To change information such as mailing address, phone numbers, or the major of interest you selected when you applied, please do not submit a new application. Email us at admissions@winona.edu with changes or updates.
