Step Two

Now that you've learned more about your interests, skills, values, and personality, it is time to explore majors available at Winona State that might be a good fit for you.  Use our online catalog to see a full list of majors and minors.  If the list of majors is overwhelming, one way to get started is to eliminate those that do not fit your interests, skills, values or personality.  Once you have narrowed down your choices you can begin reading course descriptions and begin connecting majors to careers.

WSU's Major Fair

• The Major Fair occurs in October of each year. It is sponsored by the Warrior Success Center. By attending the Major Fair, you can learn about a wide variety of majors and minors and meet faculty and staff from those programs.

Meet an Advisor

Request a major exploration appointment with an advisor in the Warrior Success Center or contact the department with the majors you are most interested in. Use the directory on the WSU webpage to locate the department you would like to visit.
