Long Range Planning And Assessment Committee
A. Committee
Charge:
1.Review, combine and integrate the Long Range Plan and Quality
Assurance and Assessment Plan.
2.Review WSU's Long Range Plan, objectives and indicators
annually.
3.Review WSU's progress toward the Long Range Plan and make
recommendations for further improvements in order to meet
objectives.
4.Make appropriate adjustments to the plan, mission and means of
reaching the goals of the Long Range Plan.
5.Prepare an annual report on the progress the university has
made in meeting the plan.
6.Present to the university, by June 1 of each year, a report on
progress the university is making toward the plan based on the
university indicators.
7.Implement Q-7 initiatives.
B.The Vice President for Academic Affairs and a faculty
representative elected by the committee will serve as co-chairs.
C.There is no formula for the term of office.
D.Vice President for Academic
Affairs will call the first meeting.
E.Composition: 6 IFO (+ co-chair
replacement from same college), 2 Students, 3
MSUAASF, 1 Council 6, 3 Excluded Administrator, 1 Coalition.
