Enrollment Management - Advisory

1. Committee Charge: Advise on strategies to optimize enrollment for the university.
2. Committee will elect a chairperson.
3. Term of membership is 3 years (except students); terms will be staggered.
4. The VP Student Life & Development will call the first meeting.
5. Composition: 3 IFO, 1 AFSCME, 1 MAPE, 1 Deans' Council,2 Students (7 Ex-Officio: Director of Admissions, Director of Advising and Retention, Director of IPAR, Dean of International Studies, Director of the Inclusion and Diversity Office, VP for Student Life and Development, and AVP Marketing and Communication)
