Inclusive Excellence, Affirmative Action and Title IX Compliance - Mandated

1. Committee Charge: Recommend policies to promote further development and integration of university/community efforts on issues of diversity. Make recommendations to the President on all matters relating to AA/EO policy; coordinate and implement AA programs and procedures for the university; and review and make recommendations on all matters relating to Title IX compliance
2. Committee will elect a chairperson.
3. Term of membership is 2-3 years (students one year); terms will be staggered, ex-officio may serve indefinitely.
4. The Affirmative Action Officer will call the first meeting.
5. Composition: 1 representative from each of the major constituency groups, 6 ex officio members (AAO, Dean of Students, Director of Inclusion and Diversity, Athletic Director, Director of WSU Rochester or designee, 504 Coordinator)
