The Housing & Residence Life Department is happy to provide a warm and friendly place for alumni, parents, faculty and guests of the University to use while staying in Winona. The first floor, which is wheelchair accessible, is the home of the WSU Retiree Center. There also is a living room, dining room and kitchen that can be reserved for meetings and events. The four overnight guest rooms are on the second floor and can accommodate six adults comfortably. How to Make a Reservation
To check availability or make a reservation, please email us at email@example.com. Rates are $25.00/person per night.
There are four guest bedrooms on the second floor of the Alumni House. Rooms A and D have one, full-size bed, while rooms B and C have two twin-size beds. Rooms A and B have an adjoining bathroom. There is a common bathroom on 2ndfloor for all guests to use as well. Each room consists of a bed(s), closet, alarm clock and linens. Towels and washcloths are also provided, however, guests are responsible for their own toiletries.
There is no room service, however, there is staff in the Alumni House that can be contacted, if needed. With each room reservation, guests will receive one parking pass. Guest parking is available in the driveway. Overnight guests are welcome to use the first floor facilities (kitchen, dining room, living room with TV) during their stay. The first floor does need to be reserved separately from the guest bedrooms, so if there is an event going on during your stay, we ask that you are respectful to others using the facilities. If you would like to reserve the first floor facilities with your overnight request, please include that information in your initial reservation inquiry.
Check-in begins at 2:00pm. Keys can be picked up at the Sheehan Hall (264 W Mark Street) front desk. If you arrive after 11:00pm, you can pick up your key at the Security desk, which is also located in Sheehan Hall.
