CADO, Createive Arts and Design Organization, is a graphic design club run by WSU students.
The CADO Club is dedicated to all things involved with design and digital arts. Students discuss the design industries, talk about current and upcoming design/new media technology, listen to guest speakers involved with the industry, attending design conferences (SIGGRAPH, AdFed, and AIGA), produce design products for sale, and, of course, hangout with fellow members. This club is open to all students.
Meetings are currently being held every Tuesday evening
in the Graphic Design Lab (WA 213) at 5:30pm
Previous students have already gotten to attend many workshops by Guest Speakers and go to events all over the midwest to keep up to date with all the current news of this exciting field. Club memebers have even produced merchandise to be sold on campus to help raise funds for more activities. CADO also understands that clubs aren't all work and regularly like to meet in the lab during unofficial meeting hours for movie nights and other activities.
