Teaches Experiencing Art and Introduction to Art. John earned his M.F.A. degree in painting from Bowling Green State University and has taught a variety of studio and art history courses at the university level for more than 30 years. In 2002 he earned the M.D. degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine and is a licensed physician in Wisconsin. He has done extensive research in artistic anatomy with a focus on the works of Leonardo da Vinci. As an artist, he specializes in figure and portrait drawing. |
