-Played 4 years in the Los Angeles Dodgers Organization, 2001-’04, after being drafted in the 22nd round of the 2001 Amateur Draft.  Had stops in Short --Season A playing for the Great Falls Dodgers (Montana), Low A playing for the South Georgia Waves (Georgia), and 2 years of High A ball playing for the Vero Beach Dodgers (Florida). 

-At UW-Milwaukee was the 2001 Midwestern Colligate Conference  Tournament MVP and first team all-conference.  Was named to the MCC All-Tournament Team and Newcomer of the Year in 2000.

-At Madison Area Technical College was named 1st Team All-America in 1999 and was Rookie of the year in ’98.

-All Conference, All Region, and American Legion South All-Star in 1997 at Prairie Senior High.
