Nugent ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America

NOTRE DAME, IN -- Winona State University, junior, gymnasts, Alexandra Nugent has been named to the Women's At-Large 2nd Team ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America Team, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).

Nugent earned her way to the All-America ballot by being named to the ESPN The Magazine District V First Team.

On the season Nugent helped the WSU Warriors to a sixth-place finish in the NCGA national championship.

At the national championship, Nugent made First Team All-America honors on both the vault and balance beam and Second Team honors on the floor exercise and All-Around.
