Warriors Place Three On All-Tournament Team

WINONA, MN -- Winona State University swept to its third straight Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Tournament championship and placed three players on the all-tournament team.

Heading the list was, senior, center, John Smith, who was also named the tournament's Most Valuable Player. Joining Smith was, senior, guard, Jonte Flowers and, junior, guard, Travis Whipple.

It was the third straight year Smith and Flowers were named to the all-tournament team and the second straight year Smith was tabbed the tournament's MVP.
