Warriors Garner NABC Honors

KANSAS CITY, MO -- Winona State University players John Smith and Jonte Flowers and head coach Mike Leaf have been honored with Division II district awards by the National Associaiton of Basketball Coaches.

Both Smith and Flowers were named to the North Central All-District First Team, while Leaf was tabbed the district's Coach of the Year.

All players named to the five-player first and second teams will become eligible for State Farm Division II All-America team honors.
