Warriors Drop Season Opener

WINONA, MN -- Winona State University won a pair of singles matches in dropping its season 7-2 to Carleton College in nonconference play at St. T's.

Winning for the Warriors was Gage Davidson at No. 1 singles and Stuart Booth at No. 4 singles.

Davidson in straight sets 6-2, 7-6 with the tie breaker going 7-5.

Booth had to go three sets, winning the first 6-4 and losing the second set 6-2 before taking the third set 10-7.
