No. 14 Warriors Suffer Upset Story by: Winona State Sports Information Office 
WINONA, MN -- No. 14-ranked Winona State University gave up a late goal and suffered a 1-0 upset at the hands of Northern State University in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference play on Maxwell Field at Alltel Stadium.
The loss snapped a seven-match win streak of the Warriors. Northern State scored with six minutes and two seconds left in the match when it put a shot off the crossbar and it ounce back inside the net for the goal. The Warriors outshot the Wolves 16-3, but managed to put only four shots on goal.
