Warriors Place Two On All-America List

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Winona State University has two players named to the 2007 Daktronics NCAA Division II All-America list.

Named for the Warriors was, junior, goal keeper, Amanda Diehm and, senior, forward, Holly Sutton.

Diehm, who had the best goal against average and save percentage in Division II, was named to the second team, while Sutton received third-team honors.

The Warriors were the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference regular-season champions, advanced to the first round of the NCAA Division II Central Region Tournament and compiled a 16-3-2 record.
