Struzynski Named Pitcher Of The Week

ST. PAUL, MN -- Winona State University freshman Stacey Struzynski has been named Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Pitcher of the Week.

Struyznski helped the Warriors to a 6-4 record in WSU's swing to Florida by picking up a 3-2 win over No. 13-ranked Grand Valley State University, MI and with a three-hit, 5-0, complete-game win over Northwestern College, IA.Struzynski pitched 19 innings and allowed seven runs, five earned, six walks and struck out 22. Opponent's batted only .235 against her.
