Warriors Move To No. 6 In Region

INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- The NCAA Division II Softball Committee came out with its third regional rankings of the season and Winona State University moved up to No. 7 in the North Central Region.

The Warriors were ranked with a 25-13 record against all Division II opponents, 20-7 against Division II opponents in the region and are coming off a win over the region's previous No. -ranked team University of Nebraska-Omaha..

The region rankings determine the eight teams that will qualify for the North Central Region Tournament and a berth in the NCAA Division II playoffs.
