Pitching Staff Leads WSU All-Tournament Honors

MARSHALL, MN -- Kristen Fossell and Chelsey Ewing, who did all the pitching for Winona State University, were the pitchers selected to the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference All-Tournament Team.

Fossell and Ewing each earned two wins in the tournament and Fossell recorded a save, in the Warriors 4-1 win of the championship game, as the Warriors went 4-0 in tournament play.

Joining the WSU pitching duo on the All-Tournament Team was first baseman Jenny Wilmes, who was one of the RBI leaders in the tournament, and outfielder Mollie Bjelland.
