High school: Member os State champion teams in 003 and 2004, Member of Three-Time 4 x 100 relay state champion team, Member of Two-Time 4 x 200 relay state champion team, Placed fourth in 400-meter state finals, Conference Runner of the Year, All-Conference in 100, 400 and high jump, Team Captain.
