Warriors 3rd At Blugold Indoor Open

EAU CLAIRE, WI -- Jess Devine won a pair of events and Winona State University placed third in the Blugold Indoor Open held at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Devine won the 55-meter dash in a time of 7.56 seconds and captured the 55-meter hurdles with a clocking of :08.48.
The Warriors also got a first place from Nikki Olson, who beat all competitors in the 200 dash when she was time in :26.97.
Taking second for the Warriors was Emily Asuncion (55 hurdles, :08.79), Kale Johnson (High jump, 4-11 3/4) and Chelsey Brown (Shot put, 38-8 1/4).
Third-place finishes for WSU went to Asuncion in the 55 dash and Jennifer Bradford in the 400 dash (1:01.23).
