NEW ORLEANS, LA -- The United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association came out with its NCAA Division II Power Rankings Poll and Winona State University is ranked No. 5.

East Stroudsburg University, PA is ranked No. 1 in the national poll with 184.53 points, while WSU totaled 174.83 points.
