Devine Misses Qualifing For Finals

MANKATO, MN -- Winona State University's Jess Devine finished up with the second best non-qualifing time in missing qualification to the finals of the NCAA Division II National Indoor Track and Field Championship 60-meter hurdles preliminaries.

Devine turned in a time of :09.03 in her preliminary run of the 60-meter hurdles event, which was the first time she had run in the Division II national indoor championships.
