Stier Fails To Qualify For Finals

MANKATO, MN -- Winona State University freshman Rebecca Stier failed to qualify out of flighted competition of the NCAA Division II National Women's Track and Field Championship shot put action.

Stier, making her first national championship, fouled on all three of her attempts in the second flight of the shot put competition.
