Head Coach Mason Rebarchek

Head Coach Mason Rebarchek is taking on his first head coaching position after a year as an assistant at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Rebarchek was also a member of the UWL indoor and outdoor track and field programs. While at UWL he earned All-American status twice as a 110-meter high hurdler and was a member of the 1997 NCAA Division III national indoor and outdoor championship teams. UWL teams also won seven Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference indoor and outdoor championships during his career. As an assistant, Rebarchek helped a total of nine hurdlers reach national qualifying levels. Three went on to compete in national meets and one earned All-American status. Rebarchek is an Onalaska, WI native and competed with the Hilltopper track and field team and he captured Division I high school state championship honors as a 110-meter high hurdler in 1996.
Assistant Coach Neal Mundahl

Assistant Coach Neal Mundahl Assistant Coach (Distance) Neal Mundahl graduated from Kenyon High School in Minnesota, where he was All-Conference in track and cross country. He competed in cross country and indoor and outdoor track while attending Winona State University. Honors include NAIA indoor track All-America at 1,000 yards in 1978, two time NAIA national cross country championship qualifier, and NAIA national indoor track championship qualifier. Coach Mundahl earned his B.A. Degree in Biology from Winona State, as well as his Master's Degree in Biological Sciences from Michigan Technological University and his PhD from Miami University in Zoology.
Coach Mundahl is a professor in the Biology Department at Winona State. He has been coaching cross country and track and field throughout the 90's. He was very instrumental in the process for reinstating the men's cross country program at Winona State for this season. Coach Mundahl and his wife Sue, live with their son Erik and daughter Darcy in Winona.

Assistant Coach Jeff Rotering

Assistant Coach (Pole vault) Jeff Rotering: Rotering earned All-American status and was six-time NCAA Division III national qualifier in the pole vault at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He was the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference pole vault champion, UW-Stout school record holder and Team Captain. He graduated with a degree in Engineering Technology from UW-Stout. He was Team Captain of the 1998 Arcadia, WI High School track and field team and a member of the 1998 state championship team.
Assistant Coach Jeff Reinardy

Assistant Coach (Strength) Jeff Reinardy is a graduate of Winona State where he received his undergraduate degree. Coach Reinardy also participated in football and track while at WSU. Upon graduating from WSU in 1994, he went on to the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse to earn his Master's degree after working at Winona as a weight room director, equipment manager, faculty member and assistant football coach. From 1995-1998, he served as associate strength and conditioning coordinator at the University of Memphis. He joined the Iowa State University athletic staff in January of 1999 where he supervised the strength and conditioning programs of 17 teams. He is a National Strength and Conditioning Association certified strength and conditioning specialist and was a U.S. Weightlifting Federation club coach. Coach Reinardy and his wife, Mindy, have a daughter and son, and they reside in Winona.

Coach Paul Goodfellow

Coach Paul Goodfellow is a graduate of Dover-Eyota High School in Minnesota. He went on to Minnesota State, Mankato to earn his Bachelor's Degree in History and Social Studies. He is certified to teach grades 7-12 and also has a coaching certificate from the State of Minnesota. While at Mankato, he competed in track and field. Coach Goodfellow was also a graduate assistant coach working with the track team at Wilson Campus School, which is Mankato's own high school. Coach Goodfellow is certified at the USA Track and Field Level I. He has been working with the Winona State cross country and track programs for the past five years. He is currently working on his Master's Degree at Winona State in Educational Leadership with an emphasis on maintaining and enhancing the academic progress of Intercollegiate Athletics. Coach Goodfellow resides in Winona and is also the General Manager of Jefferson's Pub and Grill.
Assistant Coach (Throws) Mike Turgeon

Turgeon is a six-time NCAA Division III All-American in discus/weight. Transferred from the University of Wisconsin-Stout to UW-La Crosse. A two-time NCAA Division III national champion in the discus. Four-time Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference champion and record holder in the discus. Finishing up his final year at UW-La Crosse with a double major in health and physical education.
Assistant Coach Jenny Cuculli

Four-year varsity member of Winona State University Track and Field team: Three-Time All-Conference member of three-time winning conference 4 x 100 relay team, Two-Time All-Conference 100, 200 and long jump and All-Conference 55-meter dash; Conference champion at 100 and 200 dash events.
