WSU Receives AVCA Academic Award

LEXINGTON, KY -- Winona State University has been named one of only 39 NCAA Division II universities to have earned the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award for the 2007-2008 season.

The award honors university teams that displayed excellence in the classroom during the school year by maintaining at least a 3.30 cumulative team grade point average.
