Balich Named Defensive Player Of The Week Story by: Winona State Sports Information Office  ST. PAUL, MN -- Winona State University's, senior, Rudi Balich has been named Defensive Player of the Week by the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference.
Balich led all NSIC performers in the past week's performances with 90 digs for an average of five per set. Balich also had three service aces during the Warriors' play at the Days Inn Oredigger Classic held in Golden, CO.
