WSU Runs To Second Place

COLLEGEVILLE, MN -- Winona State University turned in one of its strongest performances in recent history in finishing second at the Saint John's Invitational.
The Warriors placed six runners in the top 15 of 6,000-meter race.
Bethany Easker led the Warrior effort with a second-place time of 23:38. Allie Glasbrenner followed in fourth at 24:13 and Maddie Heinrich was sixth in 24:35.
Rounding out the top 15 performances was Steph Smith in 11th (25:02), Ashley Vonck in 14th (25:26) and Michelle Jeske in 15th (25:28).
