WSU 6th In Augustana Event

SIOUX FALLS, SD -- Winona State University came up with respective rounds of 330 and 324 to total 654 and place sixth in the Augustana Fall Invitational held at Bakker Crossing.

Megan Placko was the individual medalist for the Warriors, as she came up a 79 on the first day of the two-day event and then finished up the 36-hole tournament with a 75 to total 154, four strokes off the lead.

Tara Christensen followed Placko's efforts by coming in with a 161 and tied for 13th.
