Warriors Blank UMC Golden Eagles

WINONA, MN -- Holly Peltier and Ericka Richae each blanked their opponents and led Winona State University to a 9-0 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference win over the University of Minnesota, Crookston in action held at St. T's.

Peltier and Richae helped the Warriors sweep the singles play by winning matches on 6-0, 6-0 scores at No. 5 and No. 6 respectively. Peltier and Richae also blanked thier doubles foes by an 8-0 count.

In the other four singles matches the Warriors lost a total of only five games and lost just one game in doubles play.
