Requirements

Fall Semester 

Spring Semester

Freshman Year

  • Bio 211 & 212 MUST be taken – a grade of ‘B’ or better is preferred, but a ‘C’ is acceptable.
  • HERS 191 & 235 and basic skills courses should be taken during the year
  • Complete Medical requirements

Students begin OBSERVATION HOURS  with HERS 191
(25- 35 hours each semester)

You will need 16 SH each semester to graduate on time (128 SH).

25-35 Observation Hours scheduled with Clinical Coordinator.

Sophomore Year

  • Must complete HERS 292, & HERS 314  1st semester.
  • HERS 345, 280, and 340 must also be completed during the year with 2.75  GPA in major.
  • Formal application to program at the end of 1st semester!! Begin clinical rotations with ACI.
  • First Responder Certification
