How to make your Payment by Mail

Send payment to:

                            Cashier Office - 209 Maxwell Hall

                            Winona State University 

                            PO Box 5838

                            Winona MN 55987-5838

Do not send cash in the mail.

Or

Pay in person at Maxwell Hub, 209 Maxwell and Cashier Office at the WSU Rochester Center.

Important Information for Refund and Financial Aid Recipients

Beginning Fall 2003 WSU will not issue checks for refunds or financial aid overage. Refunds and financial aid overage will be deposited directly to the bank account requested by the student. All students receiving any type of financial aid must provide bank account infromation to WSU using the internet. WSU will not process a refund or financial aid disbursement unless we have your bank account information on file.
