Direct Deposit

Direct deposit is used for student payroll, refunds, and all financial aid payments. Please go to http://www.winona.edu/billing/directdeposit.htm for further information and to sign up for direct deposit.

Direct deposit information must be submitted before your first time sheet is sent to student payroll for processing. Once time sheets have been keyed and the payroll released, the direct deposit information is locked in and set up to transfer to the bank the following week. Any changes made after the time sheets have been processed will not take affect until the following pay period.

To verify your account information, simply go to the direct deposit setup screen; and the most recent information you entered will pop up. If you need to change the account information, type over the old information and resubmit.

Payroll Stub Information

Payroll stubs are available on the web. Go to https://w3.winona.edu/paystubs/menu.asp . The only way to be assured that your pay has been deposited into your account would be to call your financial institution to check. However, if you see stub information on the web for a pay date AND you have entered your account information correctly and on time (before your time sheet was submitted), it is likely the deposit has taken place.
