Entrance and Exit Counseling is now available via the internet.
All Perkins borrowers must complete entrance counseling prior to receiving a Perkins Loan and exit counseling upon leaving school or graduation.

WSU now uses "Mapping Your Future" to complete both entrance and exit counseling for Perkins Loans.

I f you are receiving other loans as well as a Perkins Loan you must complete counseling forms for each type of loan separately.

Use the link below to complete your counseling session. Be sure to select "Perkins" and "Winona State University-Winona, MN" as your participating school. Print the confirmation page and record the confirmation number. We can trace your submission using the confirmation number.
