Reduced Fee Authorization Reduced fees will not apply to courses taken over the internet. The reason for this reduced rate is that the student is scheduled for the entire semester at a location 50 miles or more from Winona and is engaged in the following activity: Internship, medical technology, Independent Study, or Student teaching.
**PLEASE NOTE : These reduced student fees include the Union Facility Fee, Student Life Fee, Athletics Fee and the Health Service Fee ONLY. All other fees at Winona State are not affected.
