On Line Tuition and Fee Statement Instructions

• View your online Tuition and Fee Statement for WSU Main Campus Students.
• View your online Tuition and Fee Statement for WSU Rochester Center Campus Students .

To display amounts you owe.

The information provided will include not just amounts from Winona State but also amounts you may have with other MnSCU colleges.

To display your balance owed for individual terms.

1. Begin by logging in at the log in screen just as you would for registration.
2. Select the "Student" Tab.
3. Select "My Account" from the menu on the left side of the page.
4. Select "Balance Due by Term" from the menu on the left side of the page.
5. Select the current term from the drop down menu and push the select button.

6. Important: If no term is displayed it does not mean you have a balance of $ 0.00. If no term is displayed you must reset the term in Step 5 above.You can only know your correct balance if the last term in which you were enrolled is displayed.

7. If you have no balance due it will display the term you selected and show 0.00 balance

8. Choose the link displayed for each term to show the invoice and payment detail for the term selected.
9. Choose the " Balance Due by Term" link on the left side of the page to return.

To display your entire payment history since Fall 1998.

1. Begin by logging in at the log in screen just as you would for registration.
2. Select the Student Tab.
3. Select " My Account" from the menu on the left side of the screen.
4. Select "Full Account Detail"from the menu on the left side of the screen.

5. This will display a detailed listing of your account history since Fall 1998. The last line will display your current amount owed.

To prevent UNAUTHORIZED viewing of your private data

• Always LOGOUT from the system to end your session.
• Close all browser windows on your machine.
• Failure to close the browser may allow others to view your data.
• Never share your Login ID and/or PIN with others.

To Logout.

Choose the "Logout" link from the list in the upper right corner of the page.

Important Information for Refund and Financial Aid Recipients

Beginning Fall 2003 WSU will not issue checks for refunds or financial aid overage. Refunds and financial aid overage will be deposited directly to the bank account requested by the student. All students receiving any type of financial aid must provide bank account infromation to WSU using the internet link shown below. WSU will not process a refund or financial aid disbursement unless we have your bank account information on file.
