• You need to be an assigned Student living in Sheehan Hall for the Semester to gain Security Door access into this Building.
• When using your Warrior ID card to gain access to Sheehan Hall, waive the card close to the Card Reader in either direction – horizontal or vertical, you will receive a clicking noise to gain access into the Building.
• If you receive a red light when waiving your card it means you don’t have access privileges into this Building.   For access privileges into Sheehan Hall, please visit Sarah Agee, Residence Hall Director-Sheehan Office, 457-5323 or e-mail your request to SAgee@winona.edu
• If your card is bent, broken, or shows visible signs of damage this could cause an error at the card reader as well.  Please visit the Campus Card Office at: Maxwell 227 to request a replacement card.
• If you cannot gain access into the Building, our Security Office can beep you into the Building.  Also the Security Students will offer assistance, showing you how to waive your card at the card reader, if needed. 
• If you are a Student resident of Sheehan Hall and have Parents, Friends, and Relatives visiting you, please make arrangements to meet them at the Entrance Doors to gain access into the Building.
• All new Warrior ID Cards printed are tested for Security Door access and Point of sale transactions using the magnetic strip on the back of your card. 

 

• Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Warrior ID cards
• Cost of a replacement Warrior ID card is: $20.00
• This year we are offering 3-options for payment of this fee:

1)  Visit the Cashier window at: Maxwell Warrior Hub, pay the $20.00 fee, then stop at the Campus Card Office,   show your receipt and we will print your replacement card.

2)  Use your Purple Pass account to pay for this fee and we will print your replacement card.

3)  You can request to be billed for this fee on your Student Account.  The cost for this is: $22.00 to cover billing expenses.
