Camp, Internship & Volunteer Fair
Thursday, January 31, 2008
11:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Student Union

Working at a camp is a great opportunity for WSU students to enhance their transferable skills in communication, problem solving, leadership, and event planning, just to name a few!  For students interested in teaching, counseling, outdoor education, sports marketing, or many other career fields, working at a camp can be an invaluable experience to have on a resume!  Many camps will work with students to turn their position into an internship!

As a participant in Camp, Internship & Volunteer Fair, you will have the opportunity to speak with representatives about their organization for information about internships, summer jobs or volunteer opportunities.

How do I prepare?

Bring a supply of resumes to the Camp, Internship & Volunteer Fair.  If you need help creating a resume there are FREE resources on-campus available to you:

To set-up an appointment: email career@winona.edu or call 507-457-5340, or stop in person at Career Services in 110 Gildemeister.  Rochester students: email rochestercareer@winona.edu, call 507-280-5079 or stop in person at SS125.

If you need your resume critiqued, take advantage of our resume cart, located in the lower hyphen of Kryzsko Commons.
